Binghamton takes America East volleyball crown

The Binghamton Bearcats defeated the three-time defending champion Albany Great Danes, 3-1, to win the 2009 America East Volleyball Championship Saturday, Nov, 21. It's the Bearcats second-ever America East crown. The NCAA selection show will be broadcast live at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 29,on ESPN News.

October Light on stage through Nov. 22


Nov. 20-22, 2009

The Binghamton University Theatre Department presents October Light, on stage through Nov. 22, in the Anderson Center Chamber Hall. Staged in celebration of the Anderson Center’s 25th anniversary season, October Light is written by John Bielenberg and based on one of John Gardner's masterworks. Directed by Tom Kremer. Performances are at 8 p.m. Nov. 20-21, and 2 p.m. Nov. 22.

Get your H1N1 vaccination before the Thanksgiving break

Nov. 17, 2009 update

Students can get their free H1N1 vaccination before heading home for Thanksgiving at a clinic scheduled from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Monday, Nov. 23, in the UU-Mandela Room. Both injectable and nasal H1N1 vaccinations will be given on a first-come, first-served basis until supplies are exhausted. Students can cut down on the wait time at the clinic by downloading the vaccine consent form found on the H1N1 updates page and bringing it with them to the clinic .
